As a Springpoint community, Crestwood Manor offers LivWell, an award-winning holistic wellness program. Each team member is introduced to the program through specialized training and works with residents to develop our events and activities, keeping whole-body wellness in mind. These go far beyond traditional healthy living activities and cater to each of the seven dimensions of wellness, including physical wellness, with a genuine understanding of your needs. Through fitness programs within LivWell, like dance class and aqua aerobics, there are numerous ways for you to get involved. Resident Karen Bokert is even a certified chair yoga instructor and holds weekly sessions as her gift to the community.

Along with engaging programming, our community offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor amenities for you to use to stay active. Inside the main building, our fully equipped fitness center has everything you need for an effective workout. You’re able to spend time in the gym by yourself, ask for advice from our staff members or join us for a more structured group fitness class. Or, swim some laps in our indoor, heated pool for your use year-round. When the weather is nice, take a walk outside and explore our stunning grounds. For those who enjoy golf, our putting green helps you hone your skills while surrounded by fresh air and plenty of sunshine.
