Our experienced sales counselors will work with you to discuss your needs and identify the best plan from a variety of contract options and apartment homes to ensure you’ll be financially comfortable. When moving to Crestwood Manor, your costs will include both an entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee.
Entrance Fee
The entrance fee secures your apartment home and provides priority access to our healthcare services. The entrance fee is a one-time payment based on the size of your residence and whether one or two individuals live there.
Traditional or Refundable Options
To provide flexibility in your financial decisions, we also offer both Traditional and Refundable entrance fee options. The Refundable entrance fee is a great option if you wish to leave funds to your estate or if you may consider moving again at some point in the future, since a portion of your initial payment is returned. The Traditional entrance fee is ideal if you wish to pay a lower upfront amount and is an excellent choice if you’ve already planned for your estate.
Lifecare
Our Lifecare contract option offers access to care you need, at any time you need it, at rates similar to what you would pay in independent living. These plan options demonstrate the financial strength and commitment to you from Springpoint.
Monthly Service Fee
This fee is based on the size of your apartment home and whether there are one or two occupants. It covers most of your living expenses in one payment, making your expenses more predictable. Your monthly fee covers housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, 24-hour security, utilities, property tax cost, and a multitude of services and amenities.

These examples help clarify our pricing. They represent starting entrance fees and monthly service fees. Both are based on a Traditional entrance fee plan with a single occupant.
Our Traditional entrance fee plan with single occupant offers the lowest entrance fee for a full-service plan.
One bedroom: Entrance Fees start at $64,100; Monthly Service Fees start at $3,500.
Two bedroom: Entrance Fees start at $142,900; Monthly Service Fees start at $4,625.
Monthly Advantage Plan
The monthly advantage plan offers an alternative to those looking to pay less on a monthly basis. The monthly service fee is based on the size of your apartment and whether there are one or two occupants. Residents will also pay a one-time entrance fee. This entrance fee provides priority access to high-quality onsite healthcare services, if ever needed, at a discounted healthcare rate.
One bedroom: Entrance Fee starting at $93,600; Monthly Service Fee $3,000.
Two bedroom: Entrance Fee starting at $210,700; Monthly Service Fee $4,125.
