Residents of our dedicated personal care neighborhood receive services adapted to their needs. This includes a helping hand with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, medication management, light housekeeping, and three daily meals in our charming, private dining room. We also offer a VIP package providing a higher level of professional care.

Our personal care apartments feature a kitchenette, living area, and private bath with barrier-free shower. Residents enjoy a full schedule of activities designed to enhance their quality of life, as well as access to all our amenities, including inviting gathering areas, library, indoor heated pool, fitness center, performance hall, and more.
Personal care residents of Crestwood Manor also benefit from having priority access to our seamless continuum of care. If health needs change, or there’s a need to recover from surgery, residents may easily transition to short-term rehabilitation therapy or long-term skilled nursing care. It’s easy on residents and their families and avoids the challenges of fragmented care with unfamiliar caregivers.
