2. Where is Crestwood Manor located?
Crestwood Manor located in Whiting, NJ, on Lacey Road, off Route 530, approximately 2 miles south of Route 70 and just 20 minutes from the surf and sun of the state’s famous beaches. 3. When I move to Crestwood Manor, do I own my independent living residence?
Like all continuing care retirement communities, you enter into a service agreement at Crestwood Manor; it is not a real estate transaction, so you do not own your residence. 4. I am still very active. Are there activities at Crestwood Manor?
There’s always something to keep you engaged at Crestwood Manor. Not only are you able to continue to enjoy your current interests, you will have a myriad of new cultural, educational and recreational opportunities to explore. Relax with a book in our library or take a stroll through our park-like grounds. 5. Does Crestwood Manor offer dining choices?
The menu at Crestwood Manor changes daily with a variety of meals so you never get bored, with a focus on seasonal offerings. Sunday brunch is a high point, with an omelet station and freshly made waffles — and it’s all included. 8. May I bring my pet with me?

9. What does “movement through the continuum of care” mean?
Should your health needs change, additional services are available right on campus. We offer companion services in your home or you can move to the onsite health center. There’s no need to move from the Crestwood Manor campus for additional assistance, whether it is temporary or permanent. Back to top ^
10. What happens if I run out of money – how do I pay for the cost of senior living at Crestwood Manor?
We have a financial qualifying process that is conservative in nature. If, through no fault of your own, you cannot make your full monthly payment, The Springpoint Senior Living Foundation offers a Resident Financial Assistance program to provide financial assistance on your behalf.
